Oliver recuperating from surgery

GAINESVILLE - Hall County Commission Chairman Tom Oliver is recovering from surgery but expects to be back on the job by the first of December.
County Administrator Charley Nix said Thursday Oliver underwent planned surgery a week ago for an aneurysm near his spleen... but was already calling the office to check on things by Monday.
Nix said Oliver hopes to be out of the hospital by Monday, "80 percent back to normal by Thanksgiving and back in the saddle by the end of the month."
