CHESTNUT MOUNTAIN - Two new homes were in the spotlight Sunday at the annual fall open house at Eagle Ranch, the South Hall Christian home for children in crisis.
The Blessing and Mercy Homes were on display as well as a new lodge for events and gatherings and an expansion to the Eagle Ranch School that includes new classrooms and facilities.
The additional homes means the Ranch can serve 12 additional girls, and a total of 66 children.

“The new homes enable us to serve up to 24 girls, which will double the original capacity of our girls’ program," Eagle Ranch founder and executive director Eddie Staub said.
