Suwannee adds member to city's Downtown Development Authority

SUWANEE - At Tuesday night's meeting of the Suwanee City Council members voted to add Beth Hilscher to the Downtown Development Authority.

Hilscher said, "I am very much looking forward to it, enhancing our area." The authority still has two vacant seats applications and recommendations are being considered by the city for the next few days.


REZONING REQUEST

Council members unanimously approved the rezoning request of Quantum National Bank located along Suwannee Dam Road North of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. The rezoning allowed an additional amount of commercial uses on the site.
