Brock, who scored on the first play of the game on a 59-yard run, finished with 120 yards - all in the first half - while the Tigers (4-4, 3-1 in region) piled up 285 yards rushing for the game. Brock also scored on runs of 13 and 3 in the first half.
Josh Streetman and Marquavious Little each added a touchdown runs for Commerce and quarterback Cody Streetman tossed a TD pass to Jon Cash.
Lakeview (1-6, 0-4) was held to just 70 yards rushing on 43 carries.
It was the third win in four games for the Tigers, who travel to Social Circle next week for a showdown for second place and homefield advantage in the playoffs.
