2nd arrest made in 3-year-old Gwinnett murder

LAWRENCEVILLE - A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a three-year-old Gwinnett County murder.

On Friday, Gwinnett police reported the arrested of Joseph Diaz, 24, Oakwood.

Now, according to Cpl. Illana Spellman, Miuel Antonio Gonzalez-Linarez of Norcross has now been arrested... busted during a routine traffic stop near Norcross.

A third suspect, Victor Pastor-Flores, remains at large. All are charged with the murder of Lal Ko... found shot dead on the side of a road in Lawrenceville in 2006.

Investigators say the suspects "were acquaintances" of Mr. Ko and there appeared to be some type of dispute, which prompted the shooting.
