The grand jury indicted 21-year old William Joseph Dyer and 29-year-old Jennifer Dawn Lineburger Tuesday with malice murder and felony murder.
The two were also indicted on charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault and two counts of theft by taking.
Amber Ruark, 25, was indicted on charges of tampering with evidence along with Dyer and Lineburger in connection with the death.
