ACE Hardware opens in Braselton

BRASELTON - S&S ACE Hardware franchise owner Scott Snedecor borrowed a theme from a popular game show and deployed "things that cut" to highlight the traditional ribbon cutting of the store at 3740 Village Way in Braselton.

Snedecor was welcomed by Braselton Mayor Pat Graham, who wielded a chain saw, along with his father, Spencer, ACE corporate representative Keith Davis and realtor Scott Hanlon to open officially the store featuring high ceilings, bright features and a large outdoor garden center.

ACE Hardware, headquartered near Chicago, recently ranked in the top chains worldwide in sales by Franchise Times. The Braselton store is one of six new ones opening in the greater metro market (Dacula, Canton, Dallas, Cumming and Stockbridge). Snedecor also owns the ACE store in Buford.

"Thank you for selecting Braselton," said Mayor Pat Graham. "We think you made a wise choice to be here."
