ATHENS -- U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is all set for Saturday night's Alabama-Georgia football game, which he will watch from school President Michael Adams' box in Sanford Stadium.

Thomas, a native of the Savannah area, visited Georgia's practice Thursday and spoke to the team.

He met earlier with coach Mark Richt.

Richt said, ``That was fun. He's a very delightful man. Just in the small time you're with him you can tell he's a very humble man considering who he is. He's a Georgia fan.''

Players are off-limits to the media after Wednesday, so there was no way to know what Thomas said to the team.
