The company said Friday, ``Adverse economic conditions, high gasoline prices and unfavorable product mix at the dealership combined to present an unsustainable business environment in the market.''
The Columbus, Ga.-based company said the move made no impact on its five dealerships in Georgia. It said the Arizona closing was immediate.
The company also has eight dealerships in Alabama, Florida, Nevada, Tennessee and Texas.
The company's financial problems worsened three weeks ago when General Motors Acceptance Corp. cut off credit to the company.
