Injured Brady will miss the rest of the season

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The New England Patriots say quarterback Tom Brady will have surgery on his injured left knee and will miss the rest of the season.

Brady was injured in the first quarter of yesterday's 17-10 win over Kansas City. A statement released by the Patriots this afternoon says Brady will be placed on the team's injured reserve list.
