CUMMING -- It didn't take long for West Forsyth to get its first-ever varsity football win.

The Wolverines scored the final 14 points and held on in the fourth quarter to shock Class AAAAA North Forsyth 21-14 Friday night.

The Wolverines played a limited, junior varsity schedule last year.

Colton Cloud scored on a 3-yard run with just over 30 seconds left in the third quarter and then the West Forsyth defense kept North Forsyth out of the endzone in the fourth quarter.

The Wolverines racked up more than 350 yards of total offense while holding the Raiders to just over 200 yards offense for the game.

West Forsyth will open its Region 7-AAA schedule next week traveling to Johnson.
