ATHENS - Georgia coach Mark Richt's offseason of dealing with players with discipline problems continued on Saturday night when he announced the indefinite suspensions of two players.

Richt suspended senior snapper Jeff Henson after his second alcohol-related arrest. He also suspended junior free safety Donavon Baldwin after Baldwin was injured in a fight in Athens early Saturday morning.

Richt said the players are not assured of having a spot on the 2008 team.

``This is the second incident for both of these young men in the last year,'' Richt said. ``In my judgment their standing with the program is in question and they don't deserve to report with the rest of our team on Sunday.''

Baldwin was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in January and already had been suspended for one game this season.

Henson, Georgia's snapper on punts the last two seasons, missed last season's Sugar Bowl following a DUI arrest.

Henson was arrested again by Athens-Clarke County police on Saturday and charged with public intoxication and urinating in public. He is the eighth Georgia player to be arrested since the end of the 2007 season.
