Glenn to conduct powerlifting seminar on Saturday

Four-time national champion powerlifter R. Garry Glenn will conduct a free seminar entitled "Powerlifting for health and more" at 10 a.m. Saturday at Falcon Parkway Fitness, located behind the Publix in Flowery Branch.<br /> <br /> Glenn, who is also the 2007 world champion, will discuss the topics of philosophy of weight-training, incorporating powerlifting principles into your workout, demonstrations of proper techniques, training major muscles groups, maximizing strength and endurance through diet and exercise and upcoming competitions for those interested.<br /> <br /> Men and women of all ages are invited.
