JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Dave DiNatale's second homer, a three-run shot over the 420-foot sign in center field in the top of the ninth inning, provided the winning run for the Miami, as the Hurricanes defeated Georgia Tech 15-12 in the ACC tournament on Thursday.
Miami trailed the fifth-seeded Yellow Jackets 12-11 entering the ninth.
The Hurricanes will play North Carolina State at 1 p.m. Saturday in an A division round-robin game, while Tech meets Clemson at 10 a.m.
