GAINESVILLE - The City of Gainesville has a nearly $400,000 state grant and it wants to know what you think about the way it plans to use it.

Most of the money will be used for housing rehabilitation and repair ($90,000) and to help fund the construction of the just-opened Fair Street Neighborhood Center ($258,000).

A public hearing on the plans for the money will be held Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 at the Carol Lunday Center located at the Prior Street/Jesse Jewell Parkway intersection.
