MURRAYVILLE - K.J. McAllister hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the seventh inning to propel the North Hall baseball team to a thrilling 2-1 win over Buford Monday night.

The Trojans (3-1) held Buford to just two hits behind the combined pitching of starter Jordan Pendley, Davis Partrick, Josh Haymore and Taylor Daniels. The Trojans had a no-hitter through six innings.

Buford's Josh Rudnik broke up the no-hitter in the seventh inning with a two-out single scoring Will Bowers to take a 1-0 lead.

Taylor Daniels got the win for North Hall and Jeb Dills took the tough-luck loss for the Wolves.

Offensively the Trojans were led by McAllister with his two RBI. Josh Haymore had a double and Davis Partrick and Josh Wright had singles for North Hall.

Bowers had a double for the Wolves.

North Hall will begin its Region 7-AAA schedule against Lumpkin County Wednesday at 5 p.m. at Jody Davis Field.
