Tennis: No. 10 Lady Trojans stay perfect in 7-AAA (3/5)

The Class AAA tenth-ranked North Hall girls tennis team improved to 6-0 on the season and 3-0 in Region 7A-AAA after taking a 5-0 win over White County Wednesday.

The Lady Trojans did not drop a set in the match and dominated in doubles play.

Lauren Bolton and Courtney Wiley beat Lindsey Patton and Chelsea Cardenas 6-0, 6-0 at No.1 doubles while Rachel Langman and Jessica Butts beat Maggie Callahan and Jennifer Metton by the same score at No.2 doubles.

In singles, Cara Reeces beat Julie Rosencrantz 6-1, 6-2 at No.1 singles; Hayley Crowder beat Madeline Wilbanks 6-1, 6-2 at No. 2 singles; and Mary Beth Brown beat Annie Jarrard 6-2, 6-2 at No.3 singles.

North Hall next will travel to Gilmer on Thursday.
