Indictment alleges $586,000 embezzlement

GAINESVILLE - An employee of ZF Industries in Gainesville has been indicted by a Hall County grand jury on charges of embezzling more than $.5 million from the company.<br /> <br /> Lt. Brian Kelly of the Gainesville Police Department said the probe began last August.<br /> <br /> "The allegation into this indictment was that an employee by the name of Charlotte Baghose had been possibly stealing several thousand dollars from the company," Kelly said. "During the investigation, the detective was able to get enough information to obtain warrants for Ms. Baghose."<br /> <br /> Kelly said the month-long investigation ended in September when warrants were secured for Baghose's arrest, charging her with stealing $586,000.
