Hawks catch red-hot Pistons at home

ATLANTA (AP) The Pistons posted their eighth victory in a row last night with a 113-87 rout of the Charlotte Bobcats and will face the Hawks at Philips Arena tonight hoping to add to the streak.

Their last two games have been routs. Detroit led by as many as 27 in the first half of Friday's win over Portland, and it only took them nine minutes to build a 27-7 lead over the Bobcats last night.

The Hawks are coming off a poor performance, having lost to the Rockets in Houston 108-89 on Saturday night.
