Another mission trip to India

GAINESVILLE - Another mission group left Riverbend Baptist Church in Gainesville Monday morning, heading to India.

Nineteen people from nine churches are in this group, taking with them more than 2,000 backpacks full of Christmas gifts for needy children in the Indian state of Orissa. Included in the backpack are a blanket and a New Testament in their native language.

Included in the group (and the churches they represent) are:

First Baptist, Atlanta
Group prays before leaving Riverbend Baptist Church.
Saying goodbye to a mission trip member.
Luggage packed and ready for the trip.
