Rain, fog cause flight delays at Atlanta airport

ATLANTA - Rain and fog are causing some flights at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport to be delayed.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration's Web site, arriving flights are delayed by an average of 11 minutes. Flights leaving for LaGuardia Airport in New York City are delayed an average of 1 hour and 16 minutes.

Flights to Philadelphia are delayed an average of nearly two hours.
