N. Hall power outage

GAINESVILLE - Several hundred Jackson EMC customers in North Hall were left without power for about 30 minutes Monday morning because of a problem at the Bark Camp substation.

Spokeswoman Bonnie Jones said late Monday morning they were still not sure what happened.

Jones says up to 4,000 people were affected. The power went out at 8 a.m., but had been restored by 8:30.
