Wreck kills Buford woman

CANTON - A traffic accident in Cherokee County has taken the life of a North Gwinnett woman.

The head-on collision killed 37-year-old Bonita Green of Buford.

The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office said Green was a passenger in a car that was struck by an oncoming car that crossed the center line.

The accident happened on Cumming Highway.
