The Dragons (6-0, 5-0 Region 8-AA) jumped out to a 20-6 first-quarter lead and never looked back, outgaining the Eagles 544-273.
Jefferson spread the ball around early, getting a touchdown run from Virgil Appleby and two scoring passes from quarterback Darius Minor.
Minor lit up Riverside for 336 yards passing and 84 yards rushing. He also passed for four scores and ran for another.
The Eagles (4-2, 3-2) got 118 yards rushing from running back Julian Suber -- including a 71-yard scoring run in the third quarter. But it wasn't enough to lift Riverside, who had three other players finish in negative yards rushing for the night.
Meanwhile, Jefferson receiver Zach Crosby caught six passes for 100 yards and two touchdowns, while Appleby finished with 107 yards rushing for the night.
The Dragons get a week off next Friday before taking on Banks County in Homer on Oct. 17.
