Accident kills woman in Hart County

ELBERTON- An Elberton woman, identified as 37-year-old Pamela Teresa Duck, was pronounced dead on the scene of an accident Thursday morning.

Duck was traveling North on GA Hwy-17 near Old Elbert Road, in Hart County, just after 7:00 A.M. when her passenger vehicle crossed the center line and was struck by a semi-truck driven by Marion Malcum Harris of Andalusia, Ala.
