Blanchett, a supporting-actress winner for ``The Aviator,'' was also nominated as best actress for ``Elizabeth: The Golden Age.'' In ``I'm Not There,'' she delivers a spot-on embodiment of Bob Dylan in his mid-1960s transition from folk hero to electric rocker.
Other best-actress nominees included Julie Christie, ``Away From Her''; Marion Cotillard, ``La Vie En Rose''; Laura Linney, ``The Savages''; and Ellen Page, ``Juno.''
