Twenty-three-year-old Marcin Sosniak and 27-year-old Jason McGhee appeared before Forsyth County Superior Court Judge Dickinson on Thursday on 20 felony charges.
The charges, including four counts of malice murder and four counts of felony murder, stem from the attack on March 16th, 2006, that killed four and injured three others. The attack happened at a rundown farmhouse that had become a hangout for teens.
Forsyth County District Attorney Penny Penn already has announced plans to seek the death penalty against Sosniak, McGhee and a third suspect, Frank Ortegon Junior.
Ortegon is scheduled to enter a plea on the charges January 18th. All three are expected to be tried separately.
The three were indicted in the deaths of 17-year-old Kyle Elliott Jones; 18-year-old Mariel Elisabeth Hannah; 15-year-old William Christopher Osment and 56-year-old Lynn Bartlett.
