Man, 2 children killed an apparent murder suicide

<p>A father shot and killed his daughter and stepson before killing himself, authorities said.</p><p>Police were called to a home in south Fulton County late Monday after getting a report of shots fired.</p><p>The 2-year-old girl, Chasmin Payne, was found dead at the scene. Keevin Bridges, 7, was taken to a hospital where he later died, Fulton County police spokesman Gary Syblis said.</p><p>The man was identified as Chad Payne, 32, said Meredith Galloway, an investigator with the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office.</p><p>Police did not immediately give a motive for the shootings.</p>
