Requests for helipad, 91 new homes go before planners

GAINESVILLE - A request for a helipad in the West Hall area goes before the Hall County Planning Commission Monday night.

Charles Camp wants to rezone nearly two acres at 3427 and 3435 Green Apple Road for the helipad.

Also on the agenda: rezoning requests involving two subdivision proposals... one an 18-lot development Indian Trail at Cleveland Highway and, the other, a 63-home development on Grant Ford Road near Cool Springs Road.

The planning board meets Monday night at 5:15 at the Georgia Mountains Center.
