1st residents move in at Seasons at Lake Lanier

GAINESVILLE - The first residents of Seasons at Lake Lanier have moved into the mammoth subdivision which is for those for those 55 and older and is located on the west side of Gainesville.

Gordon and M.K. Wells recently closed on their new home and, as the new development's first residents, they were greeted by the Levitt and Sons team, and treated to a champagne celebration.

Nearly 750 homes are planned for the active-adult community located on Browns Bridge Road at McEver Road.
