Soldier's daughter to be buried in White Co.

CLEVELAND - A funeral will be held Saturday in White County for the daughter of a Hall County soldier who died in a fire last month.

Three-year-old Rebekah Josephine Smallwood and her 9-year-old stepbrother, Samuel Feagan of Snellville, died in the May 29 fire.

The funeral for the little girl - the daughter of Army Spec. Wayne Smallwood and his wife, Billie Joe - will be held Saturday in Cleveland at Alexander's Gateway Chapel.

Over the weekend, federal authorities said the fire, in a base housing unit at Ft. Campbell, Ky., where six Army families lived, was deliberately set.
