New apartment complex, hotel planned in Oakwood

OAKWOOD - Oakwood just keeps growing and growing and growing with plans in the works for a new apartment complex and hotel.

The apartment complex would be located on 2940 Landrum Education Drive and would consist of 104 units.

The hotel would be a part of a large commercial development just a few blocks away AT 3626 Wallis Road and 3652 Wallis Road. That project would also include restaurants, according to filings with the City of Oakwood.

The Oakwood City Council plans a public hearing on both proposals on Monday night, June 11, at 7:00.
