More condos, town homes in the works

GAINESVILLE - The trend toward construction of condominiums and town homes in Gainesville is continuing - with plans for another 96 scheduled to go before city planners in a few days.

The largest of the projects involves four acres on Pemmican run near McEver Road. That's where Sentinel Properties , Inc., has plans for 70 condos and town homes.

Closer to the middle of town, Parkberry Development, LLC has plans for a 22-unit town home complex on Park Street near Prior Street.

And, M.K. Elliot Properties, LLC, wants to build four town homes on Bradford Street near Ridgewood Avenue.

All three applications go before the Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board April 10.
