One of them is a mixed-used development planned on 28.79 acres on Thompson Mill Road near Chateau Glen Drive. It would contain commercial , office and residential components. Rochester & Associates, Inc., is asking for a rezoning of the tract.
Also on the May 7 agenda, a proposal from Earl Gilleland for the necessary rezoning for a shopping center and on-site sewer system on 11.03 acres at Spout Springs Road and Elizabeth Lane. In addition, D.L. Stanton was to rezone 5.91 acres on Thompson Bridge Road at Eades Drive where a shopping center and professional offices are planned.
Planners will also hear a proposal for a three-lot subdivision on Dorsey Peek Road near Barrett Road.
