COLUMBIA, S.C. - South Carolina point guard Tre Kelley was fined $128 and penalized four points on his driver's license for speeding earlier this year.
The more severe charge of driving with a suspended license was dropped Tuesday after Kelley, 22, paid outstanding traffic tickets.
``There are no more criminal charges pending against him,'' said Kelley's attorney, Neal Lourie.
The senior, who just finished his final season with the Gamecocks, was arrested early Jan. 8 after police stopped him for speeding on Interstate 20.
During the stop, officers learned Kelley's license had been suspended because of unpaid speeding tickets. Kelley spent about 10 hours in jail.
