MIAMI - Tasha Humphrey scored 22 points and Angel Robinson added 12 points and 18 rebounds as Georgia defeated Florida State in overtime 71-62 in the Florida International University Sun Fun Classic on Saturday.

The Lady Bulldogs improved to 11-0 and tied their fourth best start in school history. Florida State dropped to 9-4, snapping a three-game winning streak in the process.

Georgia will play Florida International in the championship game of the tournament, while Florida State faces Hofstra in the consolation game.

Georgia outscored the Seminoles 14-5 in overtime led by Robinson, who scored six of the Lady Bulldogs points in the extra period. She scored the first two baskets of overtime on put backs to give Georgia a 61-57 lead they would never relinquish. Florida State made just two field goals in overtime. Robinson's rebound total was also a career high and the most by a Georgia player since February 23, 1994.

Mara Freshour led Florida State with 20 points, seven rebounds and four 3-pointers. Courtney Ward added 12 points. Ashley Houts added 13 for the Lady Bulldogs.

Georgia came within the brink of losing their first game of the season and giving the Seminoles their first-ever victory against the Lady Bulldogs. The Seminoles gave up a 57-52 lead with 1:21 left allowing Georgia to climb back in the game. Down five, Houts nailed a 3-pointer from the top of the key to cut Georgia's deficit by two, 57-55. Humphrey then nailed a fade away on the Bulldogs' next possession to tie the game with 29 seconds before the end of regulation.

Georgia shot 40 percent in the game on 24-of-60 shooting, while the Florida State shot 31.4 percent on 22-of-70 shooting. The Seminoles, though, managed to outrebound the Lady Bulldogs 47-41 in the game.
