GAINESVILLE - With the new year, comes a new owner of a Spout Springs sewer plant that serves three South Hall subdivisions.

Hall County becomes the owner of the plant New Year's Day.

The facility serves three South Hall subdivisions: Reunion, the Villages at Deaton Creek and Lake, all in the Flowery Branch area.

County officials say, at this time, there will be no change in the operation of the plant.

But there will be some as yet unspecified changes made over the next six months.
