The same panel had indicted Glenn in September. A judge later dismissed the indictment because Glenn had not been allowed to testify. The grand jury took its new 12-8 vote Tuesday after special prosecutor David Fowler sought a new indictment. This time the panel heard testimony that Glenn acted as he did because he he suspected his wife was in danger due to a case she was investigating.
Fowler says the grand jury's decision ends his case against Glenn.
