Demond Dixon led Carver with 134 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries, including 63-yard burst off left tackle for the first score of the game.
Apalachee answered when Shaun Gresham rumbled 13-yards run to tie the game at 7-7. Carver, however, would take the lead for good in the second quarter.
The two teams battled the entire second half but Apalachee was not able to crack the end zone again.
Carver put the game away late when Demond Dennis added the score as the Panthers were trying to run out the clock.
