Falcons rout St. Francis in Hoops Fest

FLOWERY BRANCH - Josh Barrett led four players in double figures as the Flowery Branch boys basketball team routed St. Francis 85-53 Wednesday night in the final game of the Papa Jacks Thanksgiving Hoops Fest at Flowery Branch High School.

Barrett poured in 18 points while A.C. Bailey had 16, Izaan Cross 12, and Phillip Chau 10 for the Falcons.

The Falcons opened the game strong running out to a 48-20 halftime lead.

St. Francis (0-2) was paced by a game-high 24 points from Devonte Davis. Jamaal Evans added 13 for the Knights.

Flowery Branch (2-0) next will travel to Chestatee on Tuesday to open Region 7-AAA play.
