Athens-Clarke bans chained animals

ATHENS - Perhaps taking a cue from the City of Gainesville, the Athens-Clarke Commission has voted to ban chaining dogs and other animals. <br>

The Gainesville City Council voted to prohibit chaining or tethering animals to things such as trees several weeks ago.<br>
