Woman found dead in Gwinnett County house fire

<p>Gwinnett County authorities are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a home that had caught fire.</p><p>Gwinnett County Fire Department spokesman Lt. Thomas Rutledge says the home suffered extensive damage to the second floor, where the woman's body was found.</p><p>And investigators have been trying to determine how the woman died as well as what caused the fire.</p><p>Rutledge said two teenage boys who live in the home opened the front door Tuesday and were met with a thick cloud of smoke. The boys fled and called 911 at 2:50 p.m.</p><p>Firefighters found heavy smoke from the back of the house upon arrival but quickly had the fire under control.</p><p>Rutledge said it was unclear if the woman, whose name was not immediately released, died from the fire.</p><p>___</p><p>HASH(0x2de9c24)</p>
