SUWANEE - People in Suwanee now have a way to sound off - pro and con - about city services 24 hours a day.

Effective a midnight Wednesday, the city began giving its citizens 24/7 access to its new citizen/customer request management system through a special link on the Suwanee Web site.

It allows you to key in service requests or offer other input in a variety of categories.

"S.E.E. Online will help City employees respond to citizens more efficiently," says Office Administrator Billie Marshall. S.E.E. is for Suwanee Exceeds Expectations.

According to the city's Web site, S.E.E. Online allows citizens to key in service requests or concerns (and even compliments) in a variety of service categories. To submit a request, you complete a brief online form. Once submitted, the information is routed to the appropriate city department. In addition, citizens can determine their preferred method of contact for responses and monitor the status of their request.

Marshall suggests that you read the First-Time Users Guide when initially signing on to the new system.

"S.E.E. Online will take customer service in Suwanee to a whole new level," Marshall promises.
