Cadillac ready to go

TAMPA, Fla. - Tampa Bay running back Carnell ``Cadillac&#39;&#39; Williams returned to practice today and says he doesn&#39;t think back spasms will prevent him from playing against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.<br> <br> Last season&#39;s N-F-L offensive rookie of the year had a M-R-I exam early this week and was held out of yesterday&#39;s practice as a precaution.<br> <br> Coach Jon Gruden says he&#39;s ``concerned, but optimistic&#39;&#39; about Williams, who is still listed as probable on the injury report.<br> <br> The Bucs are 6-and-0 when the second-year pro rushes for 100-plus yards, including a pair of victories against Atlanta last year.
