ATLANTA - The state Supreme Court has upheld rulings by two lower courts in the case of two northeast Georgia killers.

The court ruled unanimously in upholding the murder conviction of Rachel Yeager in the 2001 murder of Kevin McDonald.

In another unanimous ruling, the high court affirmed the resentencing of a Forsyth County killer, Billy Ray Robertson. Robertson had appealed because his attorney was not in the courtroom at the time.
