The city planning and appeals board next month is to consider a request for an 8-unit, 8,000-square-foot complex next to SunTrust Bank. John C. Lovell says his plans call for a "minimum of one business or restaurant and no more than seven lease spaces."
Also on the agenda is a request for approval of a six-lot subdivision on the north side of town. It would be located on 25 acres on Mountain View Drive at Bayberry Crossing Drive.
The planning board meets September 12.
