Collins signs with Titans

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Titans have signed veteran quarterback Kerry Collins. Coach Jeff Fisher says Billy Volek will remain the starter and that Collins will serve as a backup along with highly touted rookie Vince Young.<br>

The Titans are winless in three pre-season games. Volek, a six-year vet, has only started ten N-F-L regular season games.
