NASCAR owner Haas released on 10 (m) million bail

LOS ANGELES - A NASCAR team owner accused of defrauding the government of more than 20 (m) million dollars in taxes is out on ten (m) million dollars' bail.<br>

Gene Haas, the 54-year-old owner of NASCAR's Haas C-N-C Racing, was arrested Monday for investigation of conspiracy, filing false tax returns and witness intimidation.<br>
<br>
He's been charged with planning to list 50 (m) millon in bogus expenses as business costs and save the company 20 (m) million in taxes.<br>
