Norton helps UCB acquire new sites

GAINESVILLE - The Norton Agency Commercial Acreage Division represented United Community Bank (UCB) on its recent acquisition of two additional sites located on Friendship Road near Flowery Branch and Highway 365/52 Lula.

Norton Commercial realtor Betty Howard represented UBI in these transactions.

Howard also represented United Community Bank in its acquisition of branch sites located on Mundy Mill Road, Oakwood; Hwy 53/Martin Road, Oakwood; Dawsonsville Hwy., Gainesville; Cleveland Hwy., Quillian's Corner and Thompson Bridge Road, Gainesville.
