Two large subdivisions on HCPC agenda

GAINESVILLE - Items relating to two huge residential developments in South Hall are on the agenda for the July 6th Hall County Planning Commission meeting.

One involves a rezoning request for a private wastewater treatment plant for a 269-home subdivision on Reed Road near Ponderosa Farm Road.

The other is a matter that was tabled June 19 by the planning board. It's a rezoning request for 279 acres on Old Winder Highway at Pleasant Hill Lane where a 488-lot subdivision is planned.

Three other applications outline plan for another 79 new homes around the county.
